Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through our forms or by email:

• Enquiry form: name, company, business email, phone (optional), country, website (optional), product requirements, quantities, destination and any notes you add.
• Emails and messages you send us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To review and reply to your enquiry.
• To identify and contact suitable manufacturers or buyers for your requirement — sharing only the details needed to get a quote, and not your confidential drawings without your agreement.
• To keep business records and meet legal and tax obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and for legitimate business purposes connected with your request. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

These providers may process data outside India. We do not sell your personal data.

Information stored on your device

To make the site work, your browser stores a small amount of information locally (local storage) — not cookies, and not sent to us unless you submit a form:

• your enquiry list (products you added), cleared after you send an enquiry;

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email info@virohanglobal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential drawings or sensitive documents through the website forms.
