Questions about our services
How much do your sourcing services cost?
Sending an enquiry is free. For a project, we agree a fee in writing before any work starts — typically a fixed fee or a commission on the order value, depending on the scope you choose.
Can you work with a supplier I already have in India?
Yes. We can act as your local contact for quality follow-up, inspection and shipping with an existing supplier.
Do you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. On request we coordinate independent inspection agencies for pre-shipment checks, with the cost confirmed with you beforehand.
Which Incoterms and shipping modes do you support?
We coordinate EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP shipments by sea (FCL and LCL) and by air, working with your freight forwarder or one we recommend.
Can you do custom printing and private-label packaging?
Yes — especially for paper cups, kraft boxes, paper bags and bagasse items. We coordinate artwork, printing proofs and samples before bulk production.
